Security companies struggle to keep accurate shift logs, fast incident reporting (novedades), and structured minutes (minutas) because existing tools are either paper-bound or rely on fragmented consumer chat apps. Guards (Vigilantes) need a fast, fail-proof tool on the ground, while Supervisors need absolute oversight.

Needs instant access to assigned posts, offline-first incident logging, and simple shift handovers.

Monitors branch coverage, maps live routes, reviews active incidents, and signs off on digital handovers.
Human-Centered Design Cycle for Extreme Use Cases
We led a user research process across the U.S. and Canadian markets, identifying a critical barrier: structural distrust in return on investment (ROI). We found that organizers were losing opportunities through opaque negotiation processes, while sponsors lacked tools to segment by niche and location. This insight transformed the project scope: rather than designing a simple interface, we built a data intelligence platform that financially validates every investment.
